The Port of Grandview hereby certifies that pursuant to RCW 53.08.090 and Port of Grandview Resolution No. 21-04, the following Port property is no longer needed for District purposes and has been declared surplus.
While the Port has tried to accurately account for the number of units, the Bidders should make their own inspection to verify the amount of property which is being sold. Surplus property will be available for viewing at 700 Wallace Way, Grandview WA, between Wednesday, August 11, 2021, through Monday, January 31, 2022. Winning Bidder must disassemble and remove all of the items from the Port property at Winning Bidder’s expense prior to January 31, 2022. Winning Bidder shall not damage any of the Port’s remaining property in the process of removing the surplus property, and special care must be used not to damage any existing irrigation lines, sprinkler heads or risers.
Winning Bidder is required to provide proof of insurance to protect the Port against damage to property or injury to persons arising from the Winning Bidder’s activities on the Port’s property.
Port of Grandview will sell this surplus property to the highest responsible bidder. The Port reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
Bids must be in writing using a fully completed Port bid form. Bid forms will be available by calling the Port of Grandview office at (509) 882-9975 or on the Port’s website (below). All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Port of Grandview office at 1313 W. Wine Country Rd., Suite #101, Grandview, WA, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Deadline for submission is Monday, January 31,, 2022.
