The Port of Grandview's largest, and newest, business park is the Byam Business Park. With 67 acres of available property, zoned light industrial that includes all of the infrastructure needed for light industrial development.
The business park is named after former Port of Grandview Commissioner Colleen Byam, who was a champion for economic development in Grandview during her three terms (18 years) as a port commissioner. Byam was celebrated for playing an important role in helping bring the Walmart Distribution Center, Yakima Valley Community College branch campus and numerous other entities to Grandview.
