The Port of Grandview hereby certifies that pursuant to RCW 53.08.090, the following Port property is no longer needed for District purposes:
The Port of Grandview will sell this surplus property to the highest bidder. A surplus property photo will be available for viewing at the Port office at 1313 W. Wine Country Rd., Suite #101, Grandview WA, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and on the Port website at https://portofgrandview.org/. The surplus property is also available for physical viewing at OVS Sunnyside (formerly Davis Pump), 2500 Sunnyside Mabton Road in Sunnyside, WA.
Bids must be in writing using a fully completed Port bid form. Bid forms will be available on the Port website or by calling the Port office at (509) 882-9975.
All bids must be in a sealed envelope labeled “PUMP BID, PORT OF GRANDVIEW” AND:
HAND DELIVERED TO: Port of Grandview, 1313 W. Wine Country Rd., Suite #101, Grandview, WA, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., on or before Thursday, June 8, 2023, OR:
MAILED TO: Pump Bid, Port of Grandview, PO Box 392, Grandview WA 98930 and postmarked by June 8, 2023.
