Farm Land Lease

The Port of Grandview invites proposals from individuals interested in leasing Port of Grandview property situated north of Stover Road and east of Puterbaugh Road in Grandview, Washington, for farming purposes for the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 farming seasons.  One lease is available for a two-parcel property consisting of a total of 25 acres, Yakima County Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 230910-33405 and 230910-33406.

Proposals must include bidder’s (1) name, (2) mailing address, (3) e-mail address, (4) phone number, and (5) the proposed annual lease amount.  Any lease must be subject to cancellation by the Port should it or a portion thereof be required for Port purposes.  The Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked “FARM LEASE – PARCEL D” and postmarked no later than Thursday, January 6th, 2022, and mailed to:
