There are approximately 80 acres of Port property currently available within the city limits that are prepared for development and zoned light industrial.

In order to expedite new development of these properties, and to meet the special needs of a large food processing base, the City of Grandview has developed a high capacity water and wastewater treatment system.

This system is regularly improved and upgraded in order to maintain its efficiency and capabilities well into the future.
